Mercedes-Benz W463 G-Class Catless Downpipes — M157 5.5L Twin-Turbo V8

YPG Motorsport catless downpipes for the Mercedes-Benz W463 G-Class (2012–2018) replace the factory catalytic converters on the M157 5.5L twin-turbo V8 with mandrel-bent stainless steel pipes. Removing the factory cats delivers faster turbo spool, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, and the deep, aggressive V8 exhaust note that G-Class owners are looking for.

When paired with a Stage 2 ECU calibration, power gains are substantial — the M157 has enormous headroom beyond its factory rating. The reduced backpressure also lowers EGTs — critical for sustained performance in GCC heat where ambient temperatures regularly exceed 40°C.

Installation
