11. How long does delivery take to arrive?

Any orders which are placed before 12:00pm GMT will be shipped on the same day itself. Delivery will be next day for Mainland UK customers while for international customers, delivery will take an estimated 4-7 days due to customs clearance events etc.

12. What are your business hours? 

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm excluding bank holidays. 

18. I noticed that your products are mostly on pre-order, why don't you keep stock?
