Mercedes-Benz W205 C63 Catless Downpipes — M177 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8

YPG Motorsport catless downpipes for the Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63 S (W205) replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters with full 3.5-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel pipes. Reduced backpressure means faster turbo spool, sharper throttle response, and a significantly more aggressive V8 exhaust note — the deep growl and crackle that the M177 was always capable of producing.

Downpipes are the most effective single bolt-on for the C63 platform. Combined with a Stage 2 ECU calibration, expect 650–700 HP and 700–750 lb-ft of torque. This is the exact platform and modification path that YPG Motorsport used to set the world record for the first sub-10-second W205 C63 quarter mile at Kuwait Motor Town — the GCC's only FIA Grade 2 circuit.

Installation

Professional installation recommended. Requires vehicle lift access. Installation time is approximately 2–3 hours. A Stage 2 ECU calibration is required to eliminate the CEL caused by rear O2 sensor deletion and to unlock the full power gains. YPG Motorsport offers remote ECU flashing worldwide — OBD2 tool shipped to your door, guided session, 30–45 minutes, fully reversible to stock.
