Stage 4 turbocharger upgrade — a full-billet precision-engineered turbo solution for the Mercedes-AMG GT63 / GT63 S (C192 · M177) 4.0L twin-turbo V8. Built around Precision 58/76 ball-bearing compressor wheels for the absolute maximum in spool response and sustained high-boost power. Target: 1,350HP+.

Supplied as a complete bolt-on kit with every fitting and line needed — steel-braided oil and coolant lines, billet-aluminum adapters, all couplers and clamps included. Reuses the stock wastegate assembly for reliability.

What power can the Stage 4 Turbo reach on the AMG GT63?

With supporting modifications and a full YPG ECU calibration, the Stage 4 Turbo on the GT63 / GT63 S M177 targets 1,350HP+. E85 or race fuel required.

Is this a bolt-on upgrade for the GT63?

Yes. Complete bolt-on kit for the GT63 / GT63 S (C192 · M177). Uses factory mounting points — no modifications required. Kit includes all oil and coolant lines, billet adapters, and couplers.

Does Stage 4 require forged internals?

Yes. At 1,350HP+ the factory M177 rods and pistons are beyond their design limit. YPG M177 Forged Rods and Pistons are required for Stage 4 builds.
