
Warranty Terms
All Reinhart Autohaus Branded Carbon products come with 6 months warranty from the day the item delivered. We will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 6 months of receipt of items.
Warranty conditions:
Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle, by a CT fitting partner.
The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
The product in question is a genuine Reinhart Autohaus item.
Warranty Exclusions:
Issues or damage caused by improper installation, negligence, accidents, an unfit operational environment, modifications, tampering, or other causes are not covered. Reinhart reserves the right to make rulings on the aforementioned situations.
Product damage or changes in appearance resulting from external factors or unforeseen events are not covered.
Items that have been altered or modified are not eligible.
Warranty Returns:
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Reinhart Autohaus to process your warranty claim within 7-14 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Customers will require to inform us via email (sales@reinhartautohaus.com) or our chat system in the bottom right containing receipt / order number and photos detailing the issue. No items shall be returned without prior written authorisation from Reinhart Autohaus. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue you a refund.
